En caso de desperfecto de cualquier joya, el cliente tendrá un periodo de 15 días desde que la recibe para comunicar la incidencia. Se aceptan devoluciones en caso de desperfecto.
Una vez recibida, habría que verificar y analizar a través de una fotografía de detalle del desperfecto si se han seguido las recomendaciones de uso y cuidado de la tiara incluidas en la bolsa del producto. Puedes enviar tus fotografías a info@sorayasainz.com
En caso de ser un desperfecto causado por no cumplir las recomendaciones, Soraya Sainz no se hace responsable del producto.
- Si el producto ha sufrido algún desperfecto en el transporte o algún defecto de algún componente de la pieza, se le sustituirá automáticamente por una pieza nueva o en su defecto realizarle el reembolso al método de pago con el que se hizo la compra.
- En caso de ser una pieza única, podrá elegir otro modelo de igual rango o en su defecto realizarle el reembolso al método de pago con el que se hizo la compra.
Los gastos de envío derivados de las piezas con algún fallo serán a portes pagados.
El envío es gratuito para todos los productos independientemente del país.

In case of damage to any jewel, the customer will have a period of 15 days from receipt to report the incident.
Once received together with detailed photographs of the damage, we will verify and analyze if the recommendations for use and care of the tiara – included in the product bag – have been followed. You can send your photographs to info@sorayasainz.com
In case of a damage caused by not complying with the supplied recommendations, Soraya Sainz will not be held responsible for the product anymore.
- If the product has suffered any damage during transport or if there is a defect in any of the components of the design, it will be automatically replaced by a new one, or a refund will be made through the payment method with which the purchase was made.
- In case it is a unique piece, you can choose between getting another model of the same class or a refund made through the payment method with which the purchase was made.
The shipping costs of damaged pieces will be covered by Soraya Sainz.
